Here you will find some works that I have produced on my own, including projects and pictures.
Cobertura "Pompéia"
Situado na Rua Republica Argentina 39, no bairro da Pompéia Santos/SP, o apartamento aparentava nunca ter passado por uma reforma nos 50 anos de existência do prédio. Apresentava rachaduras, infiltrações, problemas na hidráulica e elétrica, entre outros.
A planta abaixo apresenta o 1º piso do apartamento como era antes da reforma, e suas demarcações de espaço. Demonstro apenas esta, pois é onde as principais mudanças foram feitas.
This apartment on 39 Republica Argentina Street, Pompeia, Santos/Sp, seemed like that has never been reformed before in 50 years of its building. Showing cracks, infiltration by water, electric and plumbing problems, within others.
The blueprint bellow show the first floor of the apartment before the reform, and its demarcations of space. I will only present this one, because it is where most changes happened.

Primeiramente foram derrubadas as paredes do corredor entre os quartos e a escada, e também a parede entre a cozinha e a sala, preservando a viga em ambos os casos, para se ter mais espaço visual no novo ambiente integrado. Para separar a cozinha da sala foi posta uma bancada, da mesma pedra usada na peça da pia, que foi preservada.
Por serem diferentes os pisos destes ambientes, substituímos por um porcelanato nesta área. Contudo antes disto toda a fiação, conduites e quadro elétrico junto com todos os disjuntores foram substituídos no apartamento. Enquanto isso toda a hidráulica já corroída também foi substituída por canos e conexões de PVC.
First of all the walls between the passageway of the rooms and living room where demolish, and also between the kitchen and the living room, preserving the beams in both cases, to achieve the impression of more visual space. To separate kitchen and living room, it was placed a stone counter-top of the same granite used on the sink.
Because of the different types of floor tile, it was all removed and replaced with porcelain tile on this area. However before it, it was replaced all the wires, conduits and switchboard with all the circuit breakers. The hydraulic pipes that were all rusted were also replaced by PVC pipes and connections.
Neste andar também foi alterado o banheiro que havia entre o quarto e a sala, que fora dividido entre um lavabo e um banheiro diretamente conectado ao quarto, transformando-o em mais uma suite. Estes dois banheiros mais o banheiro da suite antiga, foram trocados gabinetes, louças e metais e toda parte de azulejo e piso.
As dependências de empregado, tanto quarto como o banheiro foram adaptados para um escritório suite, para atender as necessidades do cliente.
No piso de cima, as paredes da sala foram lixadas e masseadas antes da pintura, por causa das infiltrações, e feito grafiato em uma das paredes, que apresentava um segmento intercalado de pedra que realmente depreciava o imóvel.
A piscina que também apresentava infiltrações foi praticamente refeita. Descascada, foi aplicada uma manta asfáltica e uma nata de cimento por cima para fazer o contra piso, e posteriormente azulejada e rejuntada. Os canteiros de planta e vasos que já estavam no local foram replantados com plantas tipicas para realçar a beleza do local.
E por ultimo, no terceiro andar, foi refeito todo o piso da laje. O telhado foi todo remontado e trocadas as telhas quebradas ou faltantes. Posteriormente foi instalado um sistema de aquecimento solar, para aquecer a água da piscina e de toda a casa, economizando em energia elétrica.

In this floor the bathroom between the living room and the bedroom was also changed. It was divided into a smaller bathroom connected direct in the bedroom, forming a suite, and a half bath for guests with the entry placed in the living room. All the 4 bathrooms in this floor were completed reformed, from its pipes to the tiles and furniture. The employee dependency was transformed into a study room with private half bath, to better attend the client necessities.
On the last floor it is located the roof and the top ground, and it was all made again after demolishing it all. Posteriorly it was implemented a solar heating plates system, to save electric energy power and warm all the water in the apartment.
On the middle floor, all the walls were sanded, because of the infiltration on the top floor. One of the walls was covered by rocks so it was remodeled, because it was really depreciating the apartment. The pool was also with infiltration, so it was practically made again. With all tiles removed, it was applied an asphalt sheet and then made the underfloor with cement, and after that it was all retiled. The outskirts of the pool had some flower vases that were in bad shape too, so they were all removed and planted some new flowers and bushes to improve the beauty of the place.
After all done the apartment was all repainted, and all the lamps, light switches and wall plugs were replaced. On the right side of this text, you can see the pictures of the apartment after the reform was done.

Apartamento / Apartment "Vila Mariana"
Este apartamento de 48m², 1 quarto, 1 banheiro, cozinha, área de serviço e 1 sala, se encontrava em estado deplorável, onde ate os fios de cobre da parede foram arrancados.
Primeiramente o piso da sala foi removido, depois toda parte de elétrica e hidráulica do apartamento, e por fim meia parede e uma porta entre a cozinha e a sala, para ampliar o espaço visual e gerar comunicação entre os ambientes.
Substituída fiação, conduítes e encanamento, os rasgos feitos foram masseados e preenchidos com os azulejos originais que faltavam, comprados em cemitérios de azulejos. Posteriormente no final da obra pintados todos para não dar diferença entre os velhos e novos.
Foi fixada uma bancada de granito entre os 2 ambientes para evitar o uso de uma mesa, que ocuparia muito espaço. Então foi feito uma nata de cimento como contra piso para a sala, e após seco foi aplicado carpete de madeira. Por ultimo a pintura geral do apartamento, instalação de interruptores, tomadas e lustres.
In this apartment of 48m² with only one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and a living room, was in a deplorable state, even the cooper wires were ripped off from the walls.
First of all tiles of the floor were removed, second all electric and hydraulic material, and in the last half wall and a door between the living room and the kitchen was removed, to amplify the visual space and create a communication between them.
After that, all wires, conduits and pipes were disposed on their rightful places. Then all the rips on the wall were filled with cement and sanded after dry. Afterward, all the tiles that were missing on the walls and floor in the bathroom, laundry room and kitchen were placed by “new ones” find on a tile cemetery, and in the end all painted because they looked different between old and new tiles.
Between the living room and kitchen was placed a stone counter-top of the same granite used on the sink, to eliminate the use of a dinner table, gaining some space. Then was made the underfloor with cement for the living room, and after dry was applied a mood carpet on the floor. And at last, the apartment was all repainted, and all the lamps, light switches and wall plugs were replaced.

Kitnet "Embaré"
Nesta pequena moradia de apenas 18m², foi possível tirar mais de 2 toneladas de entulho, entre a retirada de todo o piso e rodapés, armário e pias, encanamento, conduites e fios, os quais já se encontravam em deterioração avançada.
In this little dwelling of 18m², more than 2 tons of ruble were withdraw of it, between all tiles, wardrobe, pipes, sink, conduits and wires. It were all in very deteriorate state.
PROJETO / PROJECT
Depois de retirado todo o material foi instalada tubulação em PVC, e trocados quadro elétrico, disjuntores, conduites e fiação, reposicionando-os para melhor atender as necessidades de hoje em dia, pois o apartamento tinha apenas uma tomada.
Foi derrubada uma parede e reconstruída 50cm ao lado entre a cozinha e o banheiro, diminuindo um pouco o espaço do banheiro mais ganhando um simbólico espaço para colocar um refrigerador e ate uma maquina de lavar, dependendo da necessidade do usuário.
Após essa fase, as paredes foram masseadas com argamassa e feito um contra piso de cimento. O piso veio logo em seguida e posteriormente os azulejos da cozinha e do banheiro. Foi trocado também o vitro, para que se adequasse melhor ao novo dimensionamento do banheiro.
As portas e janela foram lixadas e pintadas, e depois refeita toda a pintura do apartamento. Por ultimo foi instalada nova pia na cozinha e banheiro junto com todos os acessórios necessários.
After throwing all this away, it was installed pipes and connections of PVC, and disposing new switchboard, circuit breakers, conduits and wires, on better positions for attend more the necessities of nowadays, because this place had only one wall plug before.
It was demolished a wall and rebuilt 50cm parallel with the old one, for gaining some space in the kitchen, for a possible refrigerator and a wash machine, taking some unnecessary space in the bathroom, re-positioning the door in front of the room.
Afterwards the walls were sanded, it was made a thin coat of cement on the wall and in the floor to make an underfloor. The tiles were placed on the walls in the bathroom and kitchen, then all the floor of the apartment, with porcelain tiles in the bedroom, and ceramic in the kitchen and bathroom. The vitro on the bathroom was also replaced to better suit the new dimension of this room.
All doors and window were sanded and painted, then all the walls of the bedroom. At last, it was installed a new sink on the kitchen smaller than the last, to make room for an oven. In the bathroom was also installed a new sink and accessories for it.
